Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

VG Rao Cricket Academy ("VGRAO") understands that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel a registration or service. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations.

2. Tournament Registration Cancellation

Cancellation requests for tournament registrations:

• More than 7 days before tournament: Cancellation requests may be considered, subject to review. Refunds, if approved, will be processed according to our Refund Policy
• Less than 7 days before tournament: Cancellations are generally not accepted, except in cases of documented medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances
• After tournament start: No cancellations or refunds will be processed

3. Match Highlights Purchase Cancellation

You may cancel a highlights purchase if:

• The cancellation request is made before the highlights are processed or delivered
• You have not yet received access to the purchased content
• There are technical issues preventing delivery

Once highlights have been delivered or accessed, cancellations are not permitted.

4. How to Cancel

To cancel a registration or purchase:

1. Send an email to vgraocricketground@gmail.com
2. Include your registration/purchase details
3. State the reason for cancellation
4. Provide any supporting documentation if applicable

We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request within 2-3 business days and process it according to this policy.

5. Cancellation by VGRAO

VGRAO reserves the right to cancel registrations or services due to:

• Insufficient enrollment
• Unforeseen circumstances (weather, facility issues, etc.)
• Violation of terms and conditions
• Safety concerns

In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and full refunds will be issued according to our Refund Policy.

6. Processing Fees

If a cancellation is approved and a refund is processed, any processing fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted from the refund amount. This will be clearly communicated during the cancellation process.

7. Transfer of Registration

In some cases, instead of cancellation, you may be able to transfer your registration to another participant. Transfer requests are subject to approval and may incur administrative fees. Please contact us to discuss transfer options.

8. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for a registered tournament or service without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for any refund or credit. Please notify us as soon as possible if you cannot attend.
