Refund Policy

VG Rao Cricket Academy ("VGRAO") strives to provide quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our services.

2. Tournament Registration Fees

Tournament registration fees are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Cancellation by VGRAO: If we cancel a tournament for any reason, full refunds will be issued within 7-14 business days
• Medical Emergency: Refunds may be considered for documented medical emergencies preventing participation, subject to review and approval
• Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make duplicate payments, we will refund the duplicate amount upon verification

3. Match Highlights Purchase

Refunds for match highlights purchases may be issued if:

• The highlights are not delivered within the promised timeframe (typically 24-48 hours)
• The highlights are significantly different from what was advertised
• Technical issues prevent you from accessing the purchased content
• You have not yet received access to the highlights

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

Once a refund is approved, it may take 7-14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Services already delivered or consumed
• Processing fees charged by payment gateways
• Refund requests made after the specified time limits
• Refunds requested due to change of mind after service delivery

7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue partial refunds based on the specific circumstances and the extent of service delivery. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
